Truth time Thursday

I guess I'll get straight to it, ya'll I am fat. The scales told me so this morning. I have gained back the two pounds I lost last week. After three weeks and now only three pounds... I'm kind of leaning toward going to the GNC Store and getting some diet pills...


  1. Don't be discouraged! It happens! You can do it! :D

  2. Are you only measuring your progress by the number on the scale or are you looking at things like how your clothes fit as well? Sometimes the numbers don't give a clear picture of what's happening with your body. A friend of mine went from being a couch potato to running four miles most days and though her body is changing shape (she looks awesome!) she hasn't lost any weight. Don't be discouraged, keep on keeping on!

  3. Walk Don't stay on the comp. so long and start walking

  4. My friend & I are doing slim fast & Jillian Michaels {she is kicking our butts good--it hurts everytime I squat to pee--TMI--SORRY...but hopefully it will help}
